  Agree with droese's review.
  No problems with fedex or ups and they drive bigger trucks. No problems with turnarounds.
  
  But when packages come mail innovations and get droppes at the usps for delivered. Always fear my package will not be delivered.
  
  This past week, both my packages were marked 'incorrect address'. (Excuse me??)
  One was sent back to the sender by the time i found out, the other was at the post office being prepared to be sent back to sender.
  
  Cmon guys. Just drop the package in the mailbox. Its clearly marked. Why make it harder than it is.
  
  The male carrier ive had several issues with package delivery. The postmaster seems to have no authority over him.
  
  The female carrier tracking seems to always say notice left. And theres no notice and i have to go to the office to pick it up.
  
  Where's your notice card?
  No one left one.

  Package was delivered to wrong house. I called on Tuesday to try to get some help. Lady took my information and said she would talk to my carrier and call me back. She did not. On Thursday I went to the post office at 12:30pm. I talked to Mrs. Josie. She checked to make sure the package had not been brought back to the post office. It had not. She took my information and said she would check with the carrier. At 8AM on Friday she called to tell me that the package had been found and would be delivered that day. Mrs. Josie is always so helpful. She represents the local post office and the USPS very well. Thank you Mrs. Josie!!

  The folks at the Pittsboro post office are the best. They are careful, and sweet, hard working and thoughtful. Amazingly, it always feels like a special treat to go to, or call up the post office.
